Clay Jones – Owner/Operations Manager
Clay has invested 23 years into retail management, overseeing a large employee base, mass inventory and producing growth financially and geographically. With a wealth of 17yrs of experience in real estate investing, property acquisition, property management and maintenance supervision, Clay has developed a strong skill set in management, creative problem solving, planning and coordination of the day to day operations of a real estate investment company. Clay has key knowledge of the local real estate market demonstrated by his ability to locate specific investments and deliver accurate forecasts and budgets. His excellent negotiating skills combined with his likeable nature are a great attribute to the company.
Jessica Santiago Jones – Owner/ Broker
Jessica has over 17 years’ experience with sales and marketing in the real estate and mortgage financing industry. This has involved loan origination for the banking industry, corporate mortgage sales trainer and becoming a licensed real estate sales Broker. Jessica oversaw the development and implementation of sales/marketing plans and strategies. Jessica has developed and achieved success within the industry because of her ability to create rapport with people on all levels and her reputation as communicator that can build teams in a results orientated sphere. Jessica enjoys business networking to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
Christina Williams- Real Estate Agent/Property Manager
Christina has over 7 years in Real Estate Sales and Property Management experience. Prior to that Christina had several years in Customer Service and Collections. Christina has an organized system and through knowledge of all aspects of Property Management from Accounting to obtaining and retaining tenants. Over the years it was very important for Christina to develop relationships with third party vendors, Inspectors and caseworkers
so she could maintain thorough communication with all parties.
VERONICA HERNANDEZ - Operations Asst.
Veronica has well over 10 years in Customer Service and Administrative Support. Veronica adds value to the Team at Duval Homes Real Estate with not only her AWESOME personality, but the ability to multi task as needed. She educates herself continuously in Real Estate Sales and Property Management.
